Send e-Mail to orders@45N68W.com to notify us of your problem or to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number. Please note that we only accept returns on items that are unopened and resalable, unless the product is damaged or defective. If the return is the result of our error, the cost of the return shipping is free. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund within 7 days. Due to transit time of the returned item, processing at 45ºN 68ºW™ and individual bank reimbursement policies, refunds may take longer.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including Any Closeout item, Foods of any variety or any special order items such as furniture or equipment.
In addition, we cannot issue a refund for the return of certain items, including:
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Items returned without a Return Authorization Number.
Packing
Pack the items to be returned in a box with sufficient packing to avoid damage. Please make sure glass items are not touching each other or the insides of the box. Insert the original packing slip and write the Return Authorization number on top of the package.

Give the package to your U.S. mail carrier or take it to your nearest post office for delivery.
